Rita David
Business Designer / DAO Member
IVG.World
Rita David understood the importance of finding her voice early, in a family where the men were groomed to take over the business. This upbringing exposed her to the stark gender disparities that often shape career trajectories, fueling her drive to challenge the status quo.
Her journey took her from Cincinnati to the global corporate world, where she honed her skills at major companies like Unilever and Mars. Despite her success, she often battled self-doubt, a common struggle among the professional women she later coached.
Becoming a mother to two daughters sparked her passion for change. In 2018, she and her husband Richard founded InnoVationGirls, now IVG.World. What began as a local initiative has evolved into a global movement empowering girls across the US, Europe, Asia, and Africa.
