EXPECTATIONS
Be open to submission feedback.
Each submission receives careful review and speakers receive feedback that will help them develop interesting, lively content. We want you to succeed!
Be prepared to spend time developing a quality presentation.
Total estimated preparation time will vary for each session. If speakers are approved, they should plan enough time to prepare an engaging presentation. This includes preparing slides, meeting with co-presenters, and submitting presentation materials via the portal before the deadline (approximately two weeks before the event).
Adhere to our Code of Conduct.
We support a diverse community and our program reflects this. Professionals of all experience levels and backgrounds are encouraged to participate.
