PANEL: How Wearables Help Reach Physical AI
Physical AI aims to develop models that understand and anticipate the physical world as humans do, enabling embodied AI to assist in real time. However, current AI technology, trained primarily on text, images, and videos, lacks the necessary real-world interaction data. To bridge this gap, we need models trained on data that capture how people interact with their environment. Wearable devices, such as smart glasses and similar technologies, provide a unique opportunity to gather this data from a first-person perspective. This panel explores how wearables are key to advancing Physical AI and unlocking new possibilities for human-AI collaboration.
