See what’s included with your booth (and what you must order), find where you are on the floor plan (and who your neighbors are!), review the registration information (and find a partner code to share!), and get great rates with our partner hotels (closest to the venue!).

Make Your Booth "Stand" Out

Order everything you need for a successful event here. Alter Expo is the official decorator for UnitedXR Europe. Use this portal to check that they are the official provider. 

1. Use the BOOTH SERVICES button to order the following from Alter Expo. You will need a "token" from AlterExpo to access the site.  Please watch for your unique token by email within 24-48 hours after booking your booth:

  • Booth Signage (Graphics)
  • Extra or Upgraded Furniture
  • Carpet upgrades and Lighting
  • AV ( screen monitors)
  • Lead Retrieval/Badge Scanning
  • Plants
  • Wall Printing

FAQ

  • Please see the above Registration icon for detailed instructions. 
  • Registration codes will start going out in late September.
  • If your information is incorrect on the floor plan or the website, you can use the ExpoFP link you were sent to update at any time. This is important for the marketing of your participation in UnitedXR. You do not need to complete everything in the profile.
  • You can use this link to change or update your information as often as you would like.
  • If you need your link resent, please email Manuel
  • Please use the above Exhibitor Schedule icon for a full breakdown of important Exhibitor times (such as set up, tear down, etc.). 
  • You can find the agenda tracks  here.  The FULL conference agenda will be published on 9 October 2026.
  • Press Walkthroughs will be Monday, 8 December  from 10:00 to 11:00 CET & Tuesday, 9 December from 10:00 to 11:00.
  • Expo Open - Monday, 8 December from 11:00 to 17:30, Tuesday, 9 December from 11:00 to 17:30, & Wednesday, 10 December from 11:00 to 15:00.
  • Please see Booth Details icon above for all details of the booth and the inclusions for the space.
  • The room has a sloped roof: the height is 6.5 m at its lowest point and reaches 13 m at the ridge (photo here). 
  • If you need additional furnishings for your stand, please see the Book Services icon.
  • You can also order graphics, lighting, plants through the Book Services icon as well!

You can bring any type of popup banner or marketing materials so long as it does not go outside of the perimeter of your booth space.

  • Please see Internet Ordering Icon above to order specialized internet services.
  • The conference Wi-Fi is meant only for browsing the internet and emails. If your demonstration or booth needs higher bandwidth or a hardline, you will need to order it.
  • Please use the above Shipping icon for all of the information on shipping and material handling for your booth, including deadlines and addresses. 
  • UnitedXR Europe does not provide a food ordering service for exhibitors
  • Food Trucks will be available on site with a dedicated priority line for exhibitors

  • The food court (with Food Trucks) is located right next to the venue

  • If you would like a customized social card with your company name and booth number to share on your channels, email  Manuel to request.

  • An attendee list will not be provided by show management nor do we authorize any 3rd Party access to sell our list. See our Exhibitor Awareness for more information.
  • You may order lead retrieval services from Alter Expo using the above Booth Services icon.
  • The UnitedXR Europe event app will be available to download and connect with participants prior to and during the event.
  • Please do not set any client meetings outside of the Expo open hours. Only sponsors and exhibitors have access to Shed 1 prior  to Expo official open hours for setup.
  • If you have a private room, you can access it starting at 8am each day.
  • Day 1 Hours: 11:00 to 17:30; Day 2 Hours: 11:00 to 17:30; Day 3 Hours: 11:00 to 15:00

  • UnitedXR Europe and the facility do provide security overnight. However, as with all things, we highly suggest that you do not leave anything in the hall that is easily removable and valuable, such as laptops, cell phones, etc.
  • We are not liable for any lost or stolen items.

  • As UnitedXR grows, we have learned of more scams/phishing attempts targeting our exhibitors and attendees. We have created the Awareness page to ensure that you are properly informed and lessen your chances of falling victim to these tactics.
